	Booking & Payment
	Below you will find the steps you must follow in order to book your holiday accommodation and any other services.
	Booking Process
	First, contact us to learn of availability for your desired holiday period and required accommodation. This should be done at lest 4 weeks before departure to avoid dissapointment.
	Next, find flights for Ercan, Northern Cyprus and book them.
	Then, contact us again and reserve your accommodation, as well as book airport transfers (if needed). You will then be sent an acknowledgement of your booking, along with an invoice for the amount due for your holiday.
	Lastly, pay 10% of the total amount due for your accommodation and the remaining amount no later than 4 weeks before departure.
	Payment details
	Payments can be made by cheque, bankers draft, bank account transfer or cash at our office. Please note: cheques must cleared before 4 weeks of departure.
	Please note: your booking is not confirmed until we receive at least 10% of the amount due. This is to guarantee a high standard of service for our customers.
